FORMA V
WHAT IS FORMA V?
Forma V is a procedure that can improve vaginal elasticity, sensitivity, dryness, low blood flow, painful intercourse, and other uncomfortable symptoms. Forma V restores health to the vaginal canal and promotes collagen restructuring. Forma V also improves or eliminates symptoms of urgency, frequency and leakage of the urinary bladder. Forma V is an innovative procedure designed for feminine wellness that can correct vaginal pain, sensitivity, urinary incontinence, or discomfort.
Forma V promotes collagen restructuring of the vaginal walls and promotes the creation of new elastin fibers and collagen to improve or eliminate uncomfortable symptoms while also enhancing the appearance of the labia and surrounding areas.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Forma V is performed as an outpatient procedure. To begin, the length of the vaginal canal will carefully be measured to ensure safety. With the application of gel for lubrication, the Forma V wand is inserted into the vaginal canal and slowly rotated to ensure an even distribution of radiofrequency energy to the vaginal walls. The radiofrequency on the tissues promotes collagen realignment and vaginal contraction. Patients can expect to feel a heating sensation during treatment. Our providers will treat the entire length of the vaginal canal evenly to ensure the best results possible. The overall procedure time for vaginal rejuvenation varies per patient based on severity of symptoms and as determined by the treatment provider. Results can be felt and seen immediately and ongoing over several months.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
Depending on the intensity of the treatment, there is little to no downtime. Slight sensitivity or discomfort is normal, but these symptoms will quickly subside. While patients can resume normal activity almost immediately, sexual intercourse and penetration should be avoided for 3 days for proper healing.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
Your provider will determine the best treatment plan for you. The majority of patients have 3 sessions; however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment. The number of sessions depends on your treatment concerns, your personal goals, and if a combination treatment or a single treatment approach is preferred.
AM I A CANDIDATE?

VTONE
WHAT IS VTONE?
VTone is a gentle FDA-cleared innovative solution designed specifically to increase pelvic floor muscle strength through electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). It is a non-surgical procedure that improves function of the muscles of the pelvic floor which are responsible for vaginal, bladder and rectal health. Treatments are customized and tailored to address your specific needs. Kegels are not as effective as we were promised and VTone ensures proper and full exercise of all the pelvic floor muscles. VTone is a safe and effective treatment for vaginal and urinary health. Empower VTone is beneficial for therapeutic use in the treatment of sexual dysfunction (pain with sex) and/or as an adjunct to pelvic floor exercises (tightening of the muscles of the pelvic floor to increase muscle tone).
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Most patients find VTone comfortable. During your treatment you can expect the VTone applicators to emit direct electrical muscle stimulation that will induce muscle contractions. You will feel contractions throughout the pelvic floor. Your treatment can be adjusted progressively to your comfort level. Your level is specific to you and will be adjusted with caution and at your pace with your medical provider.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED?
Your practitioner will recommend the optimal number of sessions to be performed based on your personal objectives and symptoms. Most patients will need 3-6 sessions, some may need more. Treatment times and frequency will be specifically tailored to obtain the optimal results. You will begin to see gradual improvements in the treatment area following your first few sessions.
IS THERE DOWNTIME?
There is absolutely no recovery period or downtime associated with VTone. It is a quick and painless treatment that can be done over your lunch hour. While patients can resume normal activity almost immediately, sexual intercourse should be avoided for 2-3 days to ensure proper healing.
MORPHEUS8 V
WHAT IS MORPHEUS8 V?
Morpheus8 V combines bipolar radiofrequency and microneedling to induce collagen formation and remodeling; resulting in tightening, thickening, and rejuvenation of the vaginal and vulvar tissue. This technique has been used to treat the face and body for many years. With Morpheus8 V, the vagina and vulva become softer and more elastic making intercourse far more comfortable and pleasurable. The tightening action of Morpheus8 V strengthens the anterior vaginal wall, which in turn lifts the bladder and urethra. This results in a dramatic improvement in urinary incontinence. Morpheus8 V can also be used to treat problematic conditions that can affect women including vulvar vestibulitis and lichen sclerosus. For more severe incontinence, the tightening action of Morpheus8 V with the pelvic muscle strengthening action of VTone are combined for a more comprehensive approach to urine loss.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Upon your arrival to Empowered Med Spa, a numbing cream will be applied to the treatment areas. After numbing, your treatment session will take approximately 30 minutes. Sessions are scheduled 4-8 weeks apart. Treatment plans are tailored to each woman’s specific needs, symptoms and personal goals. Your provider will determine the best treatment plan for you.
